Governors
School governing bodies are responsible for supporting and stringently challenging the school to ensure that it delivers a high quality education and outstanding learning takes place.
They help the school to set high standards by planning for the school’s future and setting targets for school improvement.
School governors are drawn from different parts of the community and can be parents and staff through election and one Local Authority governor is appointed.
